Our Starter package begins at UGX 900,000 for small businesses, while our Business and Ecommerce packages offer more advanced features for growing businesses. All our packages include mobile-responsive design, SEO optimization, and ongoing support.

We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MTN and Airtel), and cash payments. For larger projects, we offer flexible payment plans where you can split the cost into 2-4 installments. A 50% deposit is required to start your project, with the balance due upon completion and before launch.

No hidden fees! Our pricing is completely transparent. The package price covers design, development, launch, and the specified support period. After your free support period ends, optional ongoing costs include: domain renewal (UGX 50,000-100,000/year), hosting (UGX 150,000-500,000/year depending on traffic), and monthly maintenance (from UGX 150,000/month if desired). We'll discuss all costs upfront during our discovery call.

Timeline depends on the package and project complexity. Starter packages typically take 2-3 weeks, Business packages take 3-4 weeks, and Ecommerce sites take 4-6 weeks. This includes discovery, design, development, revisions, and launch. We provide a detailed project timeline during the kickoff call and keep you updated throughout the process.

Free support includes technical assistance, bug fixes, content updates (within reason), security updates, and performance monitoring. Starter plan includes 1 month, Business includes 3 months, and Ecommerce includes 6 months of free support. After that, you can choose our affordable maintenance plans or handle updates yourself using the CMS we set up.

Absolutely! Many clients start with the Starter package and upgrade to Business or Ecommerce as their business grows. We'll credit the original payment toward your upgrade. We design all websites with scalability in mind, making future upgrades smooth and cost-effective.

Our aim is for you to be happy with the direction, and every project includes revision rounds for that. The initial deposit (typically 50%) is non-refundable once the project has commenced, because it covers planning, research, setup and preliminary design. If you cancel before any work has started and before we have incurred costs, the deposit is refunded minus a 10% administrative fee. If both parties agree to end a project, any refund is calculated from the work completed and costs incurred. Please read our Refund Policy before you pay a deposit.
